A mentoring relationship is a supportive, one-on-one partnership where a more experienced or knowledgeable individual provides guidance, advice, and encouragement to someone with less experience. Mentoring often focuses on the mentee's personal or professional development, offering insights, sharing expertise, and helping the mentee navigate challenges or opportunities.
